Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to every order placed with USCIS Translations, 11175 Cicero Drive, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30022. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our service

We provide certified translations of your documents into English, with a signed certificate of translation accuracy included on every order. Translations are prepared by experienced professional translators and reviewed before delivery. Delivery is by PDF only, unless you add a printed copy.

Prices and turnaround

  • Standard certified translation: $18 per page, delivered within 24–48 hours.
  • Expedited delivery: $28 per page, delivered within 12–24 hours.
  • Notarization: +$9 per order, when you request it.
  • Printed and signed copy: +$12, shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
  • Handwritten documents: +$10 per page.

A page is 250 words or fewer. Longer pages are counted as additional pages. The price shown on the order form before you pay is the price you are charged.

Our guarantee

We guarantee that our translation and certification are accurate and complete. If USCIS or another receiving agency raises an issue with the translation, we will correct and reissue it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. If your filing is rejected because of a translation error, we will refund your order.

The guarantee covers translation errors, formatting problems and a missing certification statement. It does not cover a rejection for reasons unrelated to the translation, such as missing forms, eligibility, fees or errors or missing information in the original document.

Refunds and revisions

  • To request a free revision or a refund, email support@uscis-translations.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the notice or reason given by the agency.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have confirmed the translation error.
  • If you cancel before translation begins, we will refund your order in full. Once translation has started, we may keep a portion for the work already done.

Your documents

You confirm that you have the right to submit the documents you upload and that they are complete and legible. We translate what is on the document. We cannot translate parts that are missing, unreadable or cut off. Poor-quality scans may delay your order.

Not a government agency or law firm

USCIS Translations is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with USCIS or any government agency. We are a translation company, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We cannot guarantee any immigration decision.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.
